Open your existing key shell carefully.
Remove the internal module/chip and transponder.
Transfer these components into the new replacement shell.
Peel away the blue film from the plastic insert and place it between the circuit board and rubber buttons.
Secure the shell by screwing or clicking it back together.
Visit an automotive locksmith to cut the new blank key blade (the original key blade will not fit the new casing).
Test all functions to ensure the key operates correctly.
