You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Insert 2 × AAA batteries into the remote.
Press and hold the Home button for 8–30 seconds.
When the LED flashes amber rapidly, the remote will enter pairing mode.
The remote should automatically pair with your Fire TV device.
Place the remote within 10 feet of your Fire TV device.
Press and hold the Left + Menu + Back buttons together for 10 seconds.
Wait 60 seconds.
Remove the batteries from the remote and unplug your Fire TV device for 60 seconds.
Plug the Fire TV device back in and wait for the Home Screen to appear.
Reinsert the batteries and press and hold the Home button for 10–15 seconds until the LED flashes.
Wait 30–60 seconds for the remote to pair automatically.
If pairing fails, repeat the steps again.
